Dr. Emmett Francoeur wins the APQ’s Prix Letondal

Dr. Emmett Francoeur has been awarded the 2020 Prix Letondal from the Association des Pédiatres du Québec. Awarded annually, the Prix Letondal was created in 1989 to recognize exceptional contributions to the field of paediatrics.

A pioneer in developmental paediatrics, Dr. Francoeur has also made exceptional contributions to the CPS – as a past board member and president and as an active member of the Early Years Task Force. He was awarded a CPS life membership in 2011.

Dr. Francoeur is currently the Executive Associate Chair (Partnerships and Network) and Associate Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at McGill University.
